George Carney, hotel owner and entrepreneur behind Memoryville, USA (classic car museum in Rolla, Missouri) built this lovely Victorian home for his friend, Donna Douglas, better known as Elly May Clampett from The Beverly Hillbillies.
Entering the 53-acre property, you pass the site of the future vineyard and apple orchard that will be tended by miniature Shetland sheep. Crossing the bridge of one of the many year-round creeks, you will pass Nadine’s Flutterby Hummock, a certified official Monarch Waystation committed to monarch butterfly conservation.
Spring, Summer, and Fall... wild flowers are bountiful.
